1. Service Description

HALVDAY, operated by Sumosmash UG (haftungsbeschränkt), provides AI-native sales intelligence services — including automated lead research, prospect scoring, and pipeline enrichment. By using HALVDAY you agree to these Terms.

2. Early Access

HALVDAY is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-product notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations (including GDPR)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract underlying models or data
• Share access credentials or resell the service without written consent
• Upload or process data you are not authorized to use

4. Intellectual Property

HALVDAY and all underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Sumosmash UG. Research outputs generated for your leads are yours to use for your sales activities. You may not redistribute or resell outputs as a standalone data product.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your lead data and pipeline information as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of research outputs. Sales intelligence is provided to assist human judgment, not replace it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sumosmash UG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HALVDAY.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
